“At the same time the same evening” comes from the encounter with the art of calligraphy and was realized for the exhibition “The poetics of the written space”,held at the Museo Correr in Venice in october 2010. Is a work on the concept of mutation,where writing itself is mutation in many ways:writing as a sign,as a sound,as a content. I tried to translate on paper the surprising appearance that words have within me a moment before they became legible,when they are still emotions. In that moment words are only color,shade,overlap.Naked,fragile signs of a pencil which traces the ribs of the inner world.
